Claire Stanecki

Claire works as the Client Success Specialist for The Family Business Consulting Group and serves as the liaison between families and our team. She conducts intake calls to discover each family’s unique challenges, partners with families to assess needs, and shepherds families through FBCG’s proven process. Claire serves as the lead for the day-to-day operations of Client Services.

Claire has been with The Family Business Consulting Group since 2021 and during her tenure has worked in the Operations, Business Development and Marketing, and Client Services Departments. Her passion lies in making sure families feel seen and heard and she takes the utmost care in her work.

Her background is grounded in customer service and research-based exploration, including past positions at The Field Museum in Chicago, a performing arts center, and a public library. This unique combination allows Claire to think critically and communicate effectively, skills she now uses to provide the best service for FBCG consultants and clients. 

Claire earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Anthropology and Spanish. Claire is a voracious reader, choral music enthusiast, frequent traveler, and Chicago native.
